Abstract

A 63-year-old man with a history of palpitations presented for electrophysiology study. Multipolar catheters were placed in the right atrium, His bundle region, right ventricle, and coronary sinus (CS), with the proximal CS electrode positioned at the CS ostium. Normal atrial-His and His-ventricular intervals were recorded during sinus rhythm.
