Abstract

Gegen den Strom! In einem rational entworfenen regioselektiven Hydroformylierungskatalysator, [Rh/L], treten nichtkovalente Ligand-Substrat-Wechselwirkungen auf, die eine ungewöhnliche Selektivitätsumkehrung weg vom α-Aldehyd zum normalerweise nicht gebildeten β-Aldehyd bewirken. Dieses katalytische System eröffnet neuartige und nachhaltige Zugänge zu wichtigen Zwischenstufen der Feinchemikalienindustrie.
