Abstract

A young woman presented with symptoms of arterial and neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome. In this video, we demonstrate a comprehensive approach to supraclavicular thoracic outlet decompression. Our technique includes complete anterior and middle scalenectomy, brachial plexus neurolysis, and resection of 1st and cervical ribs. Additional details on patient positioning, operative set-up, surgical instruments, and postoperative care are also provided.
