Abstract

A patient had iatrogenic cerebrospinal fluid omorrhea following supraclavicular exploration for hematoma in a patient with a traction injury to the brachial plexus. Pantopaque plugging of the fistulous tract during the performance of a myelogram caused the tract to close and the fistula to heal.
