Abstract
We have investigated the effects of Sr substitution on Ba site in Hg 0.7Pb 0.3Ba 2Ca 2Cu 3O y superconductor. The substitution leads to the suppression of thermal fluctuation and the improvement of the irreversibility line position. This feature results from the shrinkage of charge reservoir blocks and the increase of interlayer coupling.
