Abstract
殺菌剤クロロタロニル(TPN, 2,4,5,6-tetrachloro-1,3-isophthalonitrile, ダコニール®, ダコソイル®)の土壌中における消失が, そのクロロタロニルの繰り返し施用により抑制された. クロロタロニルは非殺菌土壌では消失したがオートクレーブした土壌では消失せず, 微生物の関与が示された. 易分解性有機物を施用することによって, 抑制を受けた土壌の消失能が回復した. これらの結果から土壌中におけるクロロタロニルの微生物分解に易分解性有機物が重要な働きをしていることが示唆された.
