Abstract

The personalised project in a residential facility for dependent elderly people makes it possible, through appropriate support for theperson in question, to take account of his or her identity and autonomy, by recognising him or her in his or her uniqueness as a capable person, in a co-construction process that reinforces the person's right. It is also a lever for valuing and recognising individual and collective skills for the health care manager and gives meaning to the work of the carers.
