Abstract
The management and support ofdependency is an area of expertise deployed within care facilities and medico-social establishments. At home, however, the needs are equally great, with a high risk of caregiver burnout. A nurse working in the Occitanie region of France shares her experience of implementing a cooperation protocol entitled "Intervention of liberal nurses in the home to diagnose and initiate care for frail elderly subjects".
