Abstract
ABSTRACT To address the needs of frontline healthcare workers and family-based caregivers during the coronavirus pandemic, Integrative Touch developed a holistic TeleWellness Program consisting of a variety of mind-body techniques over 10 weekly sessions. This mixed methods study evaluates the feasibility, outcomes, and client experience of the TeleWellness Program during the first 2 years of the pandemic. The study found preliminary evidence of positive changes during the intervention and meta-inferences regarding care providers becoming better able to provide care by addressing their own well-being first. These findings have meaningful implications for future research on accessible, holistic interventions to support care providers.
