Abstract
Decision-making in Quality management is the essential and important part of organizational activities, since it could cause changes in the organization structure, processes and even in the fortune of people. Thus, managerial decisions must be grounded on the objective and authentic information, coming from the results of processing of raw data on the organization processes according with the set of initial selected indicators. Methods of processing should provide an independent integral mark of the quality of an activity under assessment, which allows to obtain the total value of the organizational quality. This article contains the brief description of methods and techniques, helpful for generation of managerial decisions on the base of processing of statistical information gained around an organization.
