Abstract

DALLAS — Most students enroll in college expecting to graduate. But fewer than half the students who enter community colleges planning to earn a degree or certificate have completed that credential, transferred to a university, or remain enrolled six years later, said Bill Comey, vice president of student and instructional support services at the College of Southern Maryland.
