Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions caused by it have affected daily life in every sphere of social life. The activities of social institutions, schools, colleges and universities have changed, as have the aid and support measures towards inefficient families, including the modification of legal solutions adopted by the legislator.The aim of this article is to present the functioning of family foster care for children during the COVID-19 pandemic in the area of its organisation and the possibilities of support in the Municipality of Krakow.
