Abstract

Continuous improvement in supply chain performance creates value not only for businesses, but also for customers and suppliers who interact in different levels. Given the criticality of supply chain management, companies use different maturity models to measure their performance. Currently, there are many performance evaluations models and the choice of the appropriate model for the company depends on several criteria. This work presents a review of all supply chain performance evaluation models and highlights the characteristics and constraints of the implementation of each supply chain performance evaluation models. This work will provide a good guideline to managers to choose the appropriate model for their organization.
