Abstract

The research aims to find out the flow of ornamental plant supply chains within the company the efficiency of ornamental plant supply chains within the company the gender relations in the ornamental plant supply chain process within the company. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data is processed into three stages. First analysis of ornamental plant supply chains using three supply chain streams, supply chain performance is measured by the efficient use of time, cost, and income. Gender relations inequality and fairness analysis will be easier to see access and control. The results of this study indicate that the flow of products or goods involves the flow of physical products from suppliers to consumers through the chain, as well as product returns and service returns.
