Abstract
In today's competitive environment selection of supplier is regarded as the most condemning issues in dealing by the manufacturing firms. It involves both the criteria of decision making i.e. qualitative and quantitative factors. To make the best selection, both of the criteria's should be observed carefully. The main aim of this project is to analyze the suppliers in supply chain using AHP and TOPSIS. While analyzing the suitable suppliers, factors such as product quality, service quality, price and delivery time has been taken into use. The result show that the methods (AHP and TOPSIS) used in this experiment is one of the finest method of selecting suitable supplier in any organization.
