Abstract

In the fast-growing fashion industry, companies need to develop strategies to survive and thrive in the market condition. One important strategy is implementing an efficient production system to optimize operations and resource management. While production outsourcing can assist companies in managing supply chain uncertainties, it often poses challenges in ensuring production quality. Supplier selection plays an important role in outsourced production systems, and this research study aims to use the Analytical Hierarchy Process to analyze the relevant criteria and assist companies in selecting the right suppliers for a successful production system to survive and succeed in the market fashion industry.
