Abstract

<p>Supplementary Materials and Methods; Table S1 and Figures S1 through S5; Supplementary Movies S1 through S3 Legends - Supplementary Materials and Methods: Description of velocity determination, conditions for immunostaining and sources and application of the antibodies used in the study are provided. Supplementary Tables: The table provides information on the race and age of the de-identified patients from which samples were obtained and used for Figure 2. Supplementary Figures: The supplementary figures demonstrate the kinase specificity of (1b) on a large panel of human kinases (Figure S1), the efficacy of (1b) to inhibit proliferation (Figure S2) and motility (Figure S3) of various TNBC cell lines, the effect of RSK1 or RSK2 silencing on MDA-MB-231 metastasis (Figure S4) and demonstrate that the HDQ-P1 model preferentially targets to the viscera (Figure S5).</p>
