Hospitals and medical schools in London are providing clinical placements and supervision of variable quality to junior doctors and medical students, a report by the General Medical Council (GMC) has concluded. The GMC’s review of undergraduate and postgraduate medical training in London has reported a “positive overall impression” of medical education.
