Abstract

The study carried out by us foresees the analysis of specialized literature and the realization of a meta-analysis regarding the defi nition of supervision, the detection of the models of approach to supervision that contribute to the identifi cation of how psychodrama is suitable for use in the supervision of psychotherapists. The case study in the paper refl ects the unfolding of the psychodramatic technique "The cultural atom" which is carried out with the students in a psychodrama group. The psychodrama group is made up of 9 learners with an average age of 40.6 years and work experience as a clinical psychologist and psychologist of m=19 years. The article’s conclusions emphasize the contribution of psychodrama techniques to the knowledge and values that form professional competence and develop learning strategies and assessment procedures to meet the criteria-based competence standards required for supervision.
