Abstract

This research explains the clinical supervision of madrasa heads on teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Bangil Pasuruan. Therefore, clinical supervision is one of the activities that madrasah heads can carry out for teachers. This supervision is professional assistance that is provided regularly to teachers based on the teacher's needs with the aim of developing teachers and their professionalism, especially in the world of education. The research approach uses qualitative research and the type of research uses field research which is carried out continuously until completion. The results of the first research, are the concept of clinical supervision of madrasah heads in teacher professionalism, secondly, the implementation of clinical supervision of madrasah heads on teacher professionalism.
