Abstract

Three-dimensional superlattice is easily obtained by a one-step hydrothermal process in the presence of double capping layers, a short length capping layer (aromatic carboxylic acid), and a long length capping layer (sodium oleate). The formation of layers on TEM images corresponds to a view of the 111 plane in FCC.
