Abstract
The coupling of the SU(5) SUSY GUT toN = 1 supergravity is considered. Super Higgs effect appears in a SU(5) singlet sector. The fine tuning which cancels the cosmological constant removes the degeneracy among degenerate vacua. Weinberg -Salam higgsinos acquire tree masses of the order of the gravitino mass. The scale of electro-weak breaking remains arbitrary at the tree level.
