Abstract

Raman scattering spectra of (123) and Bi-based high-temperature superconductors (HTSC) with different doping levels have been investigated. It is demonstrated that phonons in HTSC can provide unique information on energy, symmetry, temperature- and doping-dependencies of the superconducting gap and pseudogap.
