Abstract
The effect of magnetic ordering on superconductivity in HoNi2B2C is studied. It is concluded that the abrupt suppression of superconductivity in the region of incommensurate antiferromagnetic ordering is due to a modification of the wave functions of the conduction electrons by the long-range magnetic order.
