Abstract

In a mixing magnetic field of h1 sin 2πf1t and h2 sin 2πf2t, the ac fundamental susceptibility χ1=χ′1−iχ″1 of a microbridge-coupled Tc specimen has been studied through frequency channels of f1 and f2. It has been revealed that h1 sin 2πf1t and h2 sin 2πf2t do not independently contribute to χ1, where f1 is 35 Hz; f2 is 45 Hz, and h1 fixed at 14.6 mOe. As expected, the f2-channel response χ1(f2) is sensitive to h2. The f1-channel response χ1(f1) also depends on h2, but its behavior is unusual compared to χ1(f2). We develop the numerical calculation of χ′1(f1), χ″1(f1), χ′1(f2), and χ″1(f2) by using our phenomenological model. Generated profiles give a fine explanation to observed results.
