Abstract
We have prepared high-T c YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−δ films onto the cooled substrates by RF magnetron sputtering. The temperature dependences of the electrical resistivity and I-V characteristics of these films have been measured in detail. The very large superconducting fluctuation effect up to 170~180K is strongly suggested from the unusual experimental results about both the resistance behavior and I-V characteristics due to superconducting weak link.
