Abstract
We prepared high-Tc YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−δ films and A-15 Nb 3 Ge films by sputtering method.Electrical resistivity of these films has been investigated in detail.It has been found that the fluctuation on the electrical conductivity starts from fairly higher temperature than usual onset for the case of A-15 Nb 3 Ge films. For the case of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−δ , we could not confirm a tanporal fluctuation. But the films on the cooled substrate suggested a behavior due to fluctuation or percolation.
