Abstract
The 17th International Vacuum Conference (IVC17), 13th International Conference on Surface Science (ICSS) and International Conference on Nanoscience and Technology (ICN+T) will be held together with three smaller nordic conferences (NCSS-6, NSM-22 and SVM-4) in Stockholm this year from 2 July to 6 July. Almost 2,000 abstracts with over 120 invited speakers have been accepted in topics covering the latest development in Surface Science, Nanometer Science, Applied Surface Science, Thin Films, Electronic Materials, Advanced Surface Engineering, Plasma Science and Technology, Vacuum Science presented by leading scientist within each field.
