Abstract
IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a relapsing multisystem fibro-inflammatory disease, which may involve the kidney (IgG4-related kidney disease; IgG4-RKD) and retroperitoneum (IgG4-related retroperitoneal fibrosis; IgG4-RPF). Cohorts of patients with IgG4-RKD and IgG4-RPF have been reported in North America and Asia, but the features of renal involvement in Europe are yet to be described. We undertook this study to describe the clinical characteristics and outcomes of renal and retroperitoneal involvement in a cohort of IgG4-RD patients from the United Kingdom (UK).
