SUN-251 A NEW SIMPLE SCORING MODEL FOR PREDICTING ESRD WITHIN A YEAR

Abstract

Nephrologists need to consider when and how to start RRT; renal replacement therapy, on the late stage of CKD patients. RRT for these patients should be, not too early or too late. For judging the timing and preparing for them, knowing the last one year risk for ESRD; end stage of renal disease, may be useful. We developed the new scoring model, predicting ESRD within a year, from our previous clinical data.
