Abstract
A neutrino deep-inelastic scattering experiment at a neutrino factory is described. The improvements possible in extracting parton distribution functions both within the nucleon and the nuclear environment are shown. The intriguing possibility of using (anti)neutrino scattering off a polarized target to determine the individual partonic spin contributions to the nucleon is discussed.
