Abstract
This paper briefly reviews the research results of enterprise continuous mergers and acquisitions at home and abroad, and defines the concept and connotation of continuous mergers and acquisitions. In addition, the internal and external causes of continuous mergers and acquisitions and the influencing factors of mergers and acquisitions. It is hoped that these literature reviews summarized in this paper can provide inspiration and reference significance for enterprises interested in continuous mergers and acquisitions.
