Abstract

Objectives: To describe disease model according to each kind of newborn … in 2019. Population and Method: It was the cross-sectional study in 376 early newborns. Results and Conclusions: Disease Model: common disease model included the highest rate of early onset infection (41.5%), then free hyperbilirubinemia jaundice 35.9%, respiratory failure 12.2%, malformation 7.7%, NEC 1.6% and lowest rate of metabolic disease (1.1%). Disease model of each kind of newborn: free hyperbilirubinemia jaundice (47.1%) and early onset infection (36.8%) were the most common. In preterm group, early onset infection represented the most (53.8%), then respiratory (28.2%) and NEC 5.1%. In post term group, early onset infection was 57,1% and free hyperbilirubinemia jaundice was 28,5%.
