Abstract

Working hours as an important institution of labor law is a set of legal rules that define the length, composition, mode and procedure of working hours. The obligation to comply with the working time is defined as the obligation to respect the working time. This obligation is not only one of the most important responsibilities of the parties. It is the subject of work (including mode of working time) and is subordinate to domestic labor regulations. Important value in working process of employees and enterprises takes mode of working time. Mode of working time may be the same for all employees or it may depends from the category of employees, duration of working time, from the production and other factors. Even on one enterprise for different categories of employees may be introduction different types of tome tracking. A considerable role of the employee right is a time tracking. With the help of time tracking the employer has the ability to verify the employee in the workplace and employee performance out his work duties. In article describes one type of common work mode such as summarized time tracking. Analyze of Ukrainian legislation acts which regulate this time tracking was done. Comparison of time tracking by the day and summarized time tracking and also general and summarized time tracking was done by criteria such as accounting period, working hours, work on weekends and public holidays work. Author of the article analyzes the conventions of the International Labor Organization and notes features summarized track time in foreign countries.
