Abstract
The writer carried out some investigatios in connection with the summarized study on geothermal survey for the purpose of geothermal exploration.This paper constitutes a part of the thesis for a degree in which the investigation was found eligible some time ago in the University of kyoto.It gives an outline of geothermal problems, as follows.I Introductory notesII General statement of the subterranean heat.II.1 The definition of the subterranean heat.II.2 Natural conditions about geothermal area.II.3 The mode of occurrence of thermal water and saturated steam.III General statement of geothermal surveyIII.1 Speciality of geothermal survey.III.2 Methods and contents of geothermal survey.
