Abstract

Abstract - The essay deals with a theme that, during the central period of the last century, was the object of a radical contrast of addresses, the one of the ‘reconstitution’ of extinct servitudes, and it shares the idea that the most significant law sources quoted concerning it would be suitable to certify the recurrence of the phenomenon (at least) till late antiquity.
