Abstract

The unpredictability of hereditary angioedema (HAE) attacks negatively impacts patients’ mental health. Anxiety and depressive disorders are more common in HAE patients, especially in those with more frequent attacks. We characterized the prevalence of psychiatric disorders among HAE patients using population-based data.
