Abstract
This research has shown Pre-Disaster Impact Assessment System (Pre-DIAS) that analyzes Post-Disaster Impact Assessment System (Post-DIAS)and Environmental Impact Assessment System (EIAS). In order to improve current Pre-DIAS, there are 2 different ideas has been suggested. First of all, based on government policy system, Administration disaster management Plan and Process minimization of Developing business establishing are possible to improve Pre-DIAS. This is because Pre-DIAS has not been evaluated in person on the scene. Second, Disaster Integrated Management System (DIMS) and Post-DIAS are suggested that those systems are not exist in Korea. DIMS and Post-DIAS play a significant role in monitoring a disaster management operation system in Korea.
