Abstract
Yuriy Averyanov presents translation of the important monument of Beqtashiyya order Vilayet-nameh by Shuja' ed-Din Veli. Its author, who seemed to have been contemporary of Timur (1370-1405), was a popular representative of Turkish "national religion" considered powerful evliya . References to Shuja' ed-Din's name are very popular due to numerous spiritual verses of Beqtashiyya and 'Aleviyya in them.
