Abstract
Suction Socket of the artificial limb takes advantage of the air-pressure instead of the waist-shoulder belts. The patient can move his artifiical limb with suction socket lightly and actively as if a part of his own body. The belts are not used, the amputation-stump is very easily put into the socket. Ventilation in the socket is taking place by walking. Amputator can escape from the sweating and inflammation of the skin. This is effective at the warm and humid region. Tightnes of the socket depends on the fittness of the stump, and fittness can regulate by covering the inside of the socket with the leather. Suction socket is useful for most cases except the brevity stump.
