Abstract
In this paper, we consider an elastic beam equation where the nonlinear term is a Caratheodory function and the boundary condition is nonhomogeneous. We construct an iterative sequence by the help of monotonic technique and prove that the sequence approximates successively to the solution of the equation under suitable assumptions.
