Abstract

Cerebral aspergillosis is a rare condition associated with high mortality. It is reported predominantly in immunocompromised patients. Nonspecific clinical and radiological features may contribute to difficulty and delay in diagnosis resulting poor prognosis. Timely diagnosis with proper specimen is the key to achieve success.
