Abstract

Hypertrophic olivary degeneration (HOD) is a rare phenomenon that can occur after different insults to the so-called Guillain-Mollaret triangle. Clinically, HOD presents as palatal tremor, dentatorubral tremor and/or ocular myoclonus.
