Abstract

Sepsis is a common cause of ICU admission and one of the leading causes of death in ICU patients. Acute kidney injury is a common organ injury to sepsis and is associated with patient mortality. Patients with COPD may have pulmonary heart disease (pulmonary heart disease) due to long-term pulmonary hypertension, and further cause right heart hypertrophy or even cardiac insufficiency, which seriously affects patients′ cardiopulmonary function. A case of senile pulmonary heart disease complicated with gastrointestinal perforation and septic shock in the Jiaxing second hospital. After operation, low cardiac output, acute renal function damage and systemic stasis were discharged. After successful treatment, the patient was discharged smoothly. The clinical data and experience of the diagnosis and treatment are reported below.
