Abstract
A 46-year-old woman presented to our department with the complaint of palpitation and dizziness for 2 months. Five years ago, she had undergone atrial septal defect repair by surgery. Diagnosis of dextrocardia associated with situs viscerum inversus totalis (dextrocardia, right gastric bubble, and left liver) was made using X-ray fluoroscopy and B-type ultrasound.
