We report the case of an idiopathic fetal thrombosis ofthe inferior vena cava (IVC) with a successful outcome.A 33-year-old woman, gravida 3 para 0, was referred toour fetal medicine center for a routine prenatal sonogramat 31 weeks’ gestation.
