Abstract

A 79-year-old man, who underwent endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) of a 84-mm abdominal aortic aneurysm, was found to have a type 1b endoleak and increasing aneurysm sac diameter on follow-up computed tomography. This was due to severe retraction of the left limb graft (Endurant; Medtronic, Dublin, Ireland) in the setting of severely angulated common iliac arteries (Fig 1).
