Abstract

Single coronary artery is a congenital cardiac anomaly in which the right coronary artery or left main coronary artery originates from a single aortic ostium. Although this coronary anomaly is rare, it has a wide range of clinical manifestations, from being asymptomatic to sudden cardiac death, and the treatment strategies in this anomaly are not clear yet. In this report; we presented single coronary artery originating from the right sinus of valsalva, and successful stenting of the middle and distal right coronary artery in a patient with acute coronary syndrome.
