Abstract

Objective: We present a case of successful endoscopic management of a high vesicovaginal fistula that occurred after cesarean section. Obstetric vesicovaginal fistula is a rare occurrence in this country, specifically after cesarean section. When they occur, the location is usually high in the vagina. If a transvaginal approach is not appropriate, a transabdominal repair is indicated.
