Abstract
A PEG tube was placed in a 66-year-old man with unresectable squamous cell tongue and soft palate carcinoma. The PEG was removed in October 2009, and since that time, he had a persistent gastrocutaneous fistula with leakage of gastric content. Multiple attempts to close the fistula using endoscopic clips and glue had failed.
